"Power of Full Engagement" Are you fully engaged?

Having just finished for a 2nd time,"The Power of Full Engagement" by Jim Loehr and Tony Schwartz and having completed the free 26 question free profile assessment offered at http://lge.perfprog.com to determine how "engaged" I am, I was thrilled to come away with a score of 80%! I'm getting there!

The score ranges are as follows:

85% and above = Fully Engaged
70% - 84% = Engaged
51% - 69% = Disengaged
Below 50% = Seriously Disengaged

To quote from the Human Performance Institute, Inc., who offers this free profile assessment, "To be fully engaged, you must be physically energized, emotionally connected, mentally focused and spiritually aligned. Full engagement requires drawing on each of these four sources of energy. All of them are necessary, none is sufficient by itself, and each influences the others."

Putting these principles into practice can definitely be life altering and what better time to get on board with a new and better method of recharging our batteries? At this Social Media juncture, aren't we trying to work smarter, not harder?
